PUP holds Taiwan Film Fest and Photo Exhibit

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Office of the Vice President for Student Services, through the University Center for Culture and the Arts, Visual Arts Office, and PUP Film Center is hosting the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office’s Glimpse of Taiwan Culture and Heritage:  A Film Festival and Photo Exhibit.  The event will be on board from July 26, 2010 to July 31, 2010 at the Bulwagang Balagtas, NLLRC, PUP Main Campus, Sta. Mesa, Manila. 

 The event’s opening program and the ceremonial ribbon cutting will be attended by His Excellency Donald CT. Lee of ROC-Taiwan Embassy-Manila and the PUP President Dr. Dante G. Guevarra on July 26, 2010. 

The festival features the following films:  Kung Fu Dunk, Orz Boys, Cape No. 7, Fishing Luck, Chocolate Rap and other noteworthy movies and documentaries. 

Admission to the festival is free.
